How to get to El Fuerte
The closest airport is located at Los Mochis. However, your host at El fuerte most of the time offers you to pick you up at the airport at the time of arrival. That service can be included in your hotel fees.
You can also be a bit adventurous. A bus called Azules will take you there confortably and safely, for 65 pesos the ticket, on a ride that takes about two hours.. The station is located at Blv. Rosendo G. Castro and Leyva.
