Population of  El fuerte has lived off the abundance of this river, where a freshwater snake feed hundreds of birds and nests a great number of fish and prawns.

He has also served as a place of rest for the inhabitants of the town. In it’s more recent years it has provided for boating and bird watching.

On the slopes there is a corridor of a little over 200 meters for promenades. The fort is a small town. You can practically walk around on foot and get to know it in just one day.

To reach the river just need to walk down the street on Constitution Street until you get to Montesclaros Street.
Evenings and mornings are very pleasant, perfect time to take the best photos.
